At Scrub Caddie, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please read our returns policy below.

30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with any accessories, inserts or documentation included. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Returns should not be sent back without first contacting us. Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return your item because you have changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.

Please email sales@scrubcaddie.co.uk with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the issue so we can assess the problem and put things right.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping label where appropriate.

UK & EU Consumer Cancellation Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or European Union, you have the legal right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

This does not affect our 30-day returns policy, which gives you longer to request a return, provided the item meets the conditions set out in this policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 10 business days of approval, although your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the funds available.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned in line with this returns policy and your statutory rights, provided they are unused, returned in their original packaging, and meet the eligibility conditions above.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. You may still be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
